Senior System Engineer | SME Tech ? (m/f/d)

You design and implement modern IT solutions for SMEs and are responsible for their reliable operation across various infrastructure and cloud areas.
Technically, you move between Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Virtualisation, Network, Security and Backup/Recovery and take on demanding tasks in 2nd and 3rd level support.
You lead projects from analysis and solution finding to productive introduction and specifically develop existing customer environments.
In direct exchange, you identify technical and business customer needs. Your expertise flows into both solution concepts and offers, presentations and acquisition activities.
Qualifications:
You have a EFZ in Computer Science specialising in platform development or system technology. Further training at HF/FH level is advantageous or is being pursued by you.
Several years of experience as a System Engineer in the SME environment as well as sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Virtualisation, Network, Security and Backup/Recovery form your professional basis.
You work independently and solution-oriented, think entrepreneurially and appear confident and communicative towards customers.
Experience in project management is welcome; alternatively, there is motivation to take on corresponding responsibility in the future. Microsoft, Fortinet, Veeam or VMware certifications are an additional plus.
Fluent written and spoken German and willingness to participate in the on-call service are required.
