You can expect a varied and responsible role in a traditional private bank with a family-oriented corporate culture and short decision-making paths. You will take on a wide range of tasks with a lot of personal responsibility and actively shape the further development of the newly created function. Your tasks:- Responsibility for the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
- Preparation of employment contracts, references, and other HR documents
- Handling all registrations and deregistrations with social insurance and authorities
- Support and advice for employees and managers on all personnel-related matters
- Recruitment of qualified specialists in close cooperation with line managers and the management
- Support and participation in the further development of HR processes as well as involvement in HR projects
- Deputising for the Payroll Manager including support with payroll processing and related administrative tasks
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable, generalist HR role
- Further training as an HR specialist or a comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of payroll processing and associated administrative processes
- German as a native language
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Very good communication skills as well as a confident and engaging manner
- Independent, careful, and structured working style
- High initiative, organisational talent, and a hands-on mentality
- Absolute discretion and an impeccable reputation
