Les Roches Crans-Montana is seeking a highly organized and proactive Campus Events & Operations Specialist to manage the planning, coordination, and execution of campus events. This role ensures events run smoothly by aligning internal and external stakeholders, overseeing logistics, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The position offers the opportunity to implement and improve processes, contributing to operational excellence across the campus
- Lead the operational delivery of diverse campus events, translating stakeholder requirements into actionable plans, timelines, and workflows.
- Oversee logistical elements including space setup, equipment, vendor services, and F&B operations.
- Manage purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, and track budgets using Excel to ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective execution.
- Develop and refine event management processes, templates, and SOPs to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with all relevant departments to integrate events seamlessly into the broader campus experience.
Qualifications, Experience, and Characteristics
Experience and Skills
- Experience in event operations, hospitality, or project coordination
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Strong Excel skills, including budget tracking, planning, and reporting
- Experience in creating, structuring, and improving operational processes
- Experience managing vendors, suppliers, and budgets
- Experience coordinating food & beverage operations using BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) is a plus
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory
