Responsibilities:
You are the first point of contact for user enquiries and handle support cases by phone, email and via a ticket system.
You analyse faults and technical questions in the ERP environment and develop suitable solutions or coordinate their implementation.
You support users in the use of ERP solutions and advise them on technical as well as professional questions.
You document solutions and important insights in the knowledge base and thus contribute to the continuous improvement of support.
You work with consultants, project managers and software partners and ensure efficient coordination in more complex support cases.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education or a comparable qualification and have already gained experience in ERP system support.
You have good IT user knowledge and basic Microsoft 365 skills; specific Abacus experience is a plus but not mandatory.
You have very good German skills and good French skills in spoken and written form.
You enjoy supporting customers with technical and professional questions and can explain matters clearly.
You work independently, reliably and in a structured manner, think analytically and proactively seek sustainable solutions.
