Would you like to combine Spitex nursing with a varied office role? For our client, a modern Spitex organisation in the Frauenfeld region, we are looking for a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH 70-100% who enjoys working independently, is organised and takes on professional responsibility.
Requirements
- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- Experience in Spitex and knowledge of Perigon
- Good IT user skills and enthusiasm for digital tools
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of responsibility, organisation and professional coordination
- Driving licence category B
Tasks
- Day responsibility in close cooperation with the deployment management
- Triage of new registrations and organisation of initial assessments
- Contact person for staff on tour, hospitals, referrers and doctors
- Doctor contacts, medication management as well as professional support of trainees including reports and BKS
- Lots of personal responsibility and a versatile professional role
- Generally assignments from Monday to Friday
- Flexible workload from 70 to 100%
- Modern working tools and a appreciative team
