What awaits you

As part of Mobi24 AG, a company within the Mobiliar Group, you will take on diverse contact centre tasks in the insurance environment and support and advise our customers in exceptional situations and emergencies.

What you achieve with us

The core of your job is answering calls from our customers outside the opening hours of the general agencies and electronically recording claims in all sectors.

Thanks to your insurance knowledge, you can advise customers in an initial conversation and prepare quotes as well as insurance certificates.

You independently handle simple breakdown cases in Switzerland, electronically record claims and take on further administrative tasks.

What you bring with you

• Completed basic training in the insurance sector or training as an insurance intermediary VBV
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as strong communication skills
• Team spirit and independent, customer-oriented working style
• Flexibility and high resilience
• Willingness to work irregular hours (e.g. evenings until 8:30 pm as well as weekends and public holidays)
• Fluent German skills as well as solid French and/or Italian skills

Your employment starts from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement with a workload of 30%. This position can be ideally combined as a secondary activity with full-time or part-time studies. We have flexible working time models and also allow home office after the probationary period. For this workload, we offer a weekly working time of 12 hours in shift work.
