Sales Back Office Clerk (m/f) 80-100%

We are looking for reinforcement in the sales back office for a state-of-the-art Swiss traditional company in the real estate sector.

Your Tasks

• Independent preparation of offers
• Customer consultation by telephone and e-mail
• Order entry
• Key account support in cooperation with the field service
• Technical clarifications for special enquiries
• Master data maintenance
• Co-organisation of trade fairs
• Substitutions within the 5-person team

Our Requirements

• Commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in sales back office
• Knowledge of Italian and/or French is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office products
• You are a cheerful, communicative and motivated person
