Do you want to work with people and make a difference? Then training as an Assistant in Health and Social Care (AGS) EBA is just right for you. In your two-year apprenticeship, you support people in their daily lives, help with care, and ensure they feel well looked after. No day is like the other: you gain diverse experience in the areas of health, housekeeping, hospitality, and administration, and work closely with various professionals. A training with lots of variety, responsibility, and genuine encounters awaits you.

You will:

• Accompany, care for, and support patients in their daily lives, actively contributing to their well-being
• Gradually acquire various nursing tasks and perform them responsibly
• Ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for patients and staff
• Take on administrative and logistical tasks and gain exciting insights into the organisational processes of the healthcare system
• Consistently implement health and hygiene measures and support their adherence in everyday work
• Experience a varied professional routine, take on responsibility, and gain valuable practical experience daily

You bring with you:

• You have successfully completed compulsory schooling, for example, secondary school
• You communicate confidently in German and understand Swiss German in the workplace
• You enjoy contact with people and approach patients with empathy and respect
• You keep a cool head even in demanding situations and approach challenges responsibly
• You are characterised by reliability, openness, and a positive demeanour
• You have the motivation to learn new things and continuously develop yourself
