What is my role?

Our client is looking for a creative mind for plant programming. You design and programme control software for machines and plants, taking automation to a new level. In doing so, you analyse weaknesses in existing plants and implement improvements as well as fault corrections. Commissioning new plants, including the creation of the necessary documentation, is also part of your responsibilities, as is the development of standard solutions for recurring applications. You actively participate in technology projects and also implement them independently.

What do I need to be successful?

You have sound knowledge in programming PLC controls with structured text and experience in the automation and optimisation of automation components and plants. Your knowledge in control technology includes electrical engineering, sensor technology, measurement technology, pneumatics, and drive technology. You have a good understanding of manufacturing processes and user requirements and can empathise with different perspectives. Very good knowledge of TwinCAT as well as confident handling of Office and PDM/ERP systems complete your profile. You have the ability to recognise simple, unique, and effective solutions and to implement them.
