This is what your daily routine looks like
- At the heart: As a Product Owner, you are responsible for the website css.ch and steer its further development in line with the company and digital strategy.
- Together with Product Management, you develop the product vision and work with your team on solutions for the continuous optimisation of the platform.
- You translate customer needs and business requirements into clear user stories and requirements for the development team, maintain the backlog, and set transparent priorities.
- You always keep an eye on the technical and content quality of the website, especially in conjunction with the content management system.
- In SAFe events, you actively contribute your topics, strengthen collaboration within the ART, and use your interest in new technologies and artificial intelligence to identify potential for the platform.
This is what you bring with you
- First and foremost: You have several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in agile environments and have already managed technical products.
- You are characterised by strong problem-solving skills as well as convincing and audience-appropriate communication.
- Thanks to your strong analytical skills, you quickly familiarise yourself with complex professional and technical contexts.
- You interact confidently and empathetically with different personalities and find viable solutions even in challenging situations.
- You have experience in the web environment and bring proven knowledge in the area of user experience.
