Finance & Controlling Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced individual who wishes to apply their expertise in finance, accounting, and controlling purposefully. You ensure the financial processing and take on various tasks throughout the entire accounting cycle. Additionally, you contribute to tax matters, planning processes, and the optimisation of existing financial structures.
Responsibilities:
You manage the financial accounting of several Swiss companies and ensure the correct and proper handling of all business transactions
You independently prepare the quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP
You monitor liquidity and foreign currency positions and support the implementation of appropriate hedging measures
You contribute to budget planning and management reporting and prepare meaningful analyses and decision-making bases
You coordinate the internal charging of group services, and participate in the further development of the internal control system and financial processes
Qualifications:
You have a higher professional qualification in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
You bring solid and several years of professional experience in finance and are well acquainted with the relevant accounting processes
Ideally, you have practical experience with international VAT issues and their handling
You communicate fluently in German and confidently in English, both orally and in writing
