GROUP CONTROLLER (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF130,000 - 150,000Our partner, with a turnover of around 700 million euros worldwide, is one of the leading manufacturers of precision machines for grinding, eroding, laser processing, measuring, and combination machining. Our partner's innovative technologies have a wide range of applications, from single-part production to mass production, from small businesses to large corporations, and are used in various industries. Key sectors include the automotive and automotive supplier industry, medical, aerospace, tools, tool and mould making, transport & heavy industry, mechanical engineering, energy, and precision mechanics.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the entire corporate group
- Analysis of financial key figures and identification of strengths, weaknesses, and optimisation potentials
- Development and implementation of financial controls and processes to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the corporate group and its subsidiaries
- Monitoring of cash flow, liquidity, and working capital
- Identification of risks and opportunities and derivation of recommendations for management
- Support in M&A activities, including due diligence and integration of new companies
- Collaboration with internal departments, external auditors, and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Completed business studies or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in controlling
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards and consolidation
- Experience in preparing financial statements and reports for multiple subsidiaries
- Very good analytical skills and confident handling of controlling tools and ERP systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Team player with high initiative and assertiveness
- Fluent German and English skills
