Personnel Consultant (M/F)

Desired profile:

• Experience in recruitment, personnel placement, service sales, or a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong interest in human contact
• A true commercial temperament, results-oriented and focused on business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Good knowledge of the economic fabric of North Vaud
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage several assignments simultaneously
• Fluency in French, any other language is an asset
• Comfortable with common IT tools
• Autonomous, proactive, organised, and persevering personality
• Driving licence essential

• Develop and retain a portfolio of companies in the North Vaud region
• Actively prospect new clients and identify their recruitment needs
• Identify placement opportunities in the sectors of industry, watchmaking, logistics, administration, construction, technical services, and services
• Manage recruitment assignments fully for permanent and temporary positions
• Search for, select, and evaluate candidates, notably through in-depth interviews
• Present the best profiles to our clients and ensure recruitment follow-up
• Support temporary employees throughout their assignments
• Advise clients on labour market realities, salaries, and suitable recruitment solutions
• Negotiate commercial terms and develop lasting relationships with partner companies
• Actively participate in the development and visibility of the agency
