Senior HR Business Partner (French and good German)

Our client is one of the top ten private insurers in Switzerland. Based in Lausanne, the group currently employs more than 2,000 people and has a network of over 100 agencies across Switzerland. Strongly rooted in French-speaking Switzerland, it is also present in German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You are the reference HR Business Partner for the commercial teams and support their managers in their HR challenges
• You manage a team of four people (HR Business Partners and HR administrators)
• You work with a population spread across French-speaking Switzerland, German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino, in collaboration with your counterpart on the German-speaking side
• You are regularly on site and travel to the various agencies to stay close to the teams
• You support managers in a fast-paced and demanding commercial environment, particularly on issues of performance, development, team cohesion and complex HR situations

You offer your new employer

• You have senior experience in HR, ideally around ten years, including several years as an HR Business Partner
• You have already managed a team and wish to retain this responsibility in your next position
• You are comfortable in a dynamic commercial environment: you know how to challenge experienced managers, take a stand and fulfil your role as an HR partner
• You are a native French speaker and have a good level of German allowing you to work with colleagues and take on cases in German-speaking Switzerland
• You ideally hold the Federal HR Certificate or an equivalent qualification
