Export Specialist Administration/Sales (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Handling administrative tasks for customers and dealers such as quotations, commercial control of purchase contracts, order confirmations, monitoring payment terms, coordinating spare parts deliveries, and preparing customs and shipping documents
- Order processing from order receipt through delivery to invoicing
- Acting as a hub between assembly, shipping, and suppliers
- Managing and monitoring worldwide transports (sea, air, truck, and courier service)
Qualifications:
- Commercial basic training with export experience in an international environment
- Further training in the field of export is an advantage
- Export knowledge, ERP system, preferably SAP
- Fluent in German and English
- French or Italian or other foreign languages are an advantage
