In a modern Swiss company, you take responsibility for central topics in accounting and simultaneously work on further developing processes and systems. Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the ongoing financial accounting of the Swiss company and manage main and subsidiary ledgers

• You assist in the preparation of monthly, annual and consolidated financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER

• You ensure the correct handling of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting as well as bank and payment reconciliations

• You prepare VAT returns

• You manage the ERP system in the finance area and actively contribute to its optimisation and further development

• You support internal and external contacts with questions regarding invoicing and accounts payable accounting

Qualifications:

• You have completed a solid commercial education and have deepened your expertise in finance and accounting through further training

• You have practical experience in financial accounting and are familiar with the relevant processes in daily business

• You bring a strong understanding of numbers and processes and quickly familiarise yourself with new structures and areas of responsibility

• Confident use of Excel is part of your daily work; experience with Abacus or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus

• You communicate confidently in German and can also easily exchange with internal and external contacts in English
