What is my role?

Our client is looking for a customer service technician in sanitary for versatile assignments:

• Service and customer service assignments in the sanitary sector

• Installation, maintenance and inspection of technically demanding equipment at customers

• Adjustment and commissioning of new systems

• Project-related material orders

• Collaboration with project managers and dispatch

• On-call duty (5-6 times per year)

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following:

• Completed training as a sanitary installer

• Ideally experience in customer service

• Additional experience as a heating and/or ventilation installer is an advantage

• Precise, independent and clean working method

• Committed and a team player

• Well-groomed appearance

• Enjoyment in customer contact

• Willingness for periodic on-call duty

• Driving licence category B
