Project Manager - High Voltage Infrastructures

Our client, a recognised engineering and services company, is strengthening its presence in French-speaking Switzerland. For its Lausanne office, we are looking for a project manager - high voltage infrastructures, starting from 01.10.2026, or as agreed.

As part of this newly created position, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in technical management and project leadership for the development of French-speaking Switzerland. Initially, you will work closely with the teams in German-speaking Switzerland and leverage your expertise and network to actively contribute to the development of the local power line sector. You will be responsible for projects from design to completion and, in the medium term, you will have the possibility to build and lead your own team at the Lausanne site.

Your responsibilities

• Manage energy infrastructure and power line projects, from initial planning and design to construction and commissioning

• Ensure project delivery by coordinating multidisciplinary teams, clients, partners and stakeholders

• Strengthen the company’s presence in the French-speaking Swiss market through your network and client relationships

• Provide technical leadership throughout the execution of high voltage infrastructure projects

• Develop the activity in Lausanne and your role as a technical expert and project manager in the local market

Your profile

• Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification

• Experience in high voltage line design or energy network development

• Interest in managing technical projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and market development

• Fluent French and good English skills; German (or willingness to learn it) is a significant asset

• You are a confident communicator comfortable with networking, open-minded and able to remain calm in demanding project environments
