What awaits you: a varied daily job

• You support the external service with all administrative matters.
• You assist customers at the counter, by phone and by correspondence.
• You arrange appointments for the external service and handle routine matters, such as preparing offers and managing correspondence.
• You conduct research and clarifications in collaboration with the technical departments at headquarters.

What we expect from you

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training.
• You already have several years of professional experience, ideally in insurance, pension provision or finance.
• You adapt easily to new situations and work with a service-oriented mindset, quickly and carefully.
• You have communication skills and command German both orally and in writing.
