Our client is a Swiss trading company specialising in the import and distribution of gift items, toys, and seasonal consumer goods. With a versatile range and a sense for market trends, the company supplies various trading partners and offers products for different target groups and occasions.

Responsibilities:
You ensure the correct processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable – from invoice verification through coding to reconciliation of open items.
You carry out bank transactions, monitor payment runs, and manage customer receivables and dunning.
You check internal postings, expense receipts, and credit card statements and ensure reliable maintenance of financial accounts.
You assist with closing tasks and VAT returns and prepare individual reports for management.
You support the exchange between order processing and financial accounting and can expand your area of responsibility to include personnel administration if required.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification as well as several years of professional experience in accounting.
You have good knowledge of Swiss accounting and are proficient in Excel and common Office applications.
You are familiar with working with ERP solutions.
You approach tasks reliably, independently, and with a high standard of quality and keep an overview even with several administrative topics.
You have fluent written and spoken German and speak good English.
