You work at the Military Insurance, which provides insurance coverage for accidents and illnesses in the military, civil protection, and civil service. Suva manages the Military Insurance on behalf of the federal government.

What you achieve

• You accompany digitalisation and change projects from the initial idea to the successful introduction of new solutions.
• You gather and analyse requirements from the specialist departments and translate them into clear, actionable solutions for the developers.
• You moderate workshops and ensure that requirements, priorities, and solutions are developed and agreed upon together.
• You analyse existing processes, identify optimisation potential, actively drive their further development, and support the specialist departments also in operational business.
• You take on the bridging function between the specialist department and IT and ensure that technical requirements are implemented purposefully. Depending on experience, you also take on the role of Scrum Master.

What you bring

• You have a degree in Business Informatics (HF/FH/University) or a comparable qualification.
• You bring at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or in a comparable role at the interface between specialist department and IT.
• You think conceptually, work independently on new topics, and convince with a structured and goal-oriented way of working.
• You have experience in an agile working environment and are familiar with methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
• You communicate confidently in German. Knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage.
