LANDSCAPE TEAM LEADERS – CREATION SECTOR

You know how to create a garden. How about taking charge of your team?

At Germa Paysages, we create outdoor living spaces: gardens, swimming pools, terraces, pergolas and customised landscaping. To strengthen our creation sector in Monthey, we are looking for skilled men and women who take pride in quality work and beautiful projects.

A site to transform. A swimming pool to integrate into a garden. A terrace, walls, plantings… then the pleasure of stepping back and saying: "This is our team’s work."

If this is what makes you love your job, we have projects to build together.

At Germa Paysages, you will put your experience to work on complete creations: gardens, swimming pools, terraces, pergolas and customised landscaping. Projects where your practical skills, ideas and quality finishing will make the difference.

Already a team leader? Take your place with us.
Do you enjoy organising, anticipating, passing on knowledge and driving a project forward? We are looking for people able to take responsibility, with autonomy and the support of our site managers.

You have the experience but not yet the title? Let’s talk.
You master landscape creation, your colleagues can rely on you and you want to lead a team? We are interested in your application. Your next project could also be a new step in your career.

By joining us, you will find:

• The variety of the profession, with projects combining construction, plants and relaxation areas.

• A concrete role on site, to carry out, organise and see the results of your work.

• The opportunity to pass on knowledge, to help your team progress and to develop yourself.

• A place in a growing Romandy company, with new projects to realise.

What matters to us: solid experience in creation, attention to detail, reliability and team spirit. A landscape gardener’s federal certificate (CFC) or equivalent training is appreciated.

Driving licence B required; trailer licence BE is a real plus.

Keen to get to know us? Send us your CV or simply a message with your experience and aspirations. A few photos of your work? We would be delighted to see them.

Let’s create beautiful gardens. And the next stage of your career.
