The area of responsibility is complemented by a lively and versatile banquet operation.
These are your tasks
- Cleaning kitchenware, plates, glasses and cutlery
- Correctly storing and shelving kitchen materials and porcelain
- Cleaning kitchen facilities and kitchen rooms
- Assisting at the patient meal distribution belt
- Helping with simple kitchen tasks according to work instructions (sandwiches, salads, ladling, etc.)
- Strict adherence to regulations within the framework of QMS and HACCP as well as independently filling out checklists in these areas
