Every day, our gastronomy serves 190 patients and about 600 employees alongside individual guests in the public self-service restaurant. The area of responsibility is complemented by a lively and versatile banquet operation.

These are your tasks

• Cleaning kitchenware, plates, glasses and cutlery
• Correctly storing and shelving kitchen materials and porcelain
• Cleaning kitchen facilities and kitchen rooms
• Assisting at the patient meal distribution belt
• Helping with simple kitchen tasks according to work instructions (sandwiches, salads, ladling, etc.)
• Strict adherence to regulations within the framework of QMS and HACCP as well as independently filling out checklists in these areas
