You will be part of a team that provides our customers with round-the-clock telephone support at home and on the move, both domestically and abroad.

What You Will Achieve With Us

As an organisational and language talent, the focus of your job is on answering calls and independently handling assistance cases by telephone.

You will be responsible for organising immediate measures in the event of a breakdown, an accident and other concerns. This also includes coordination with service providers and partners.

With your customer-centred approach, you will also be responsible for answering calls from our customers outside the opening hours of the general agencies.

What You Bring

• Successfully completed basic training, for example in the gastronomy, tourism, medical, insurance sector, customer dialogue or commercial field
• Several years of professional experience with customer contact
• Confident handling of technical work tools related to computers
• Team-oriented, communicative, open and resilient personality with the necessary service commitment (reliability, punctuality and flexibility in scheduling (24/7 including weekends))
• Fluent Swiss German and French skills. Good Italian skills are an advantage
