Project Manager in Construction Management

About the Role

Integrated into a dynamic and very close-knit team, you will manage construction projects from the feasibility phase through to site management. You act as the central pivot between technical aspects, budgets, and operational coordination.

Tasks

This position combines technical analysis during the study phase with active presence on site to supervise the execution of works and coordinate the various trades.

• Technically validate and analyse the feasibility of concepts in the initial phase
• Prepare, draft and monitor tender processes
• Manage the overall budget and ensure financial monitoring of projects
• Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure site management, scheduling and progress monitoring
• Manage subcontractors and guarantee the quality of the works
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations on construction sites

We Are Looking For

• Initial experience as a project manager or site manager with the desire to progress.
• In-depth knowledge of SIA standards and Swiss safety regulations
• High organisational rigour and ability to work independently

An advantage if you have

• Proficiency in CadWork or Serli software
• Civil engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent)
