YOUR TASKS

• Maintenance and updating of our referrer master data
• Collaboration in the back office, especially working in H-Net
• Processing incoming requests
• General administrative tasks to support the Radiology Services team

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training in healthcare (e.g. medical secretary/hospital secretary) or in the commercial field with knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, reliable and resilient
• Enjoy working in a team and an independent, structured way of working
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of common IT applications
