Project/Team Leader Service in the Sanitary Sector (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Team Leader: Service Sanitary / Building Technology for the independent management of a service team and the handling of diverse service projects. You coordinate service technicians, maintenance, repair and minor conversion orders and take on the technical as well as economic responsibility for the assigned tasks. Thanks to your practical experience in sanitary and building technology, you advise customers, support the team with demanding technical issues and ensure efficient order processing. The role combines staff management, service organisation and project management with sound expertise in modern sanitary and system technology.
Responsibilities:
Technical and operational leadership of a team of service technicians in sanitary
Responsibility for deployment, scheduling and capacity planning of the service technicians
Independent management and handling of service, maintenance, repair and minor conversion projects
Technical support of the service team in demanding sanitary installations and fault cases
Consultation and support of customers in repairs, renovations and technical optimisations
Recording customer enquiries and preparing and calculating quotations and time-and-material work
Responsibility for the complete order processing from order initiation to invoicing
Coordination and procurement of materials, spare parts, suppliers and third-party services
Monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality and productivity of ongoing service orders
Checking work reports, measurements, additional charges and billing bases
Ensuring the professional application of modern sanitary and system technology
Compliance with relevant SVGW guidelines, hygiene, quality and safety requirements
Qualifications:
Completed training as Building Technology Planner Sanitary EFZ or Sanitary Installer EFZ
Several years of professional experience in sanitary service and building technology
Experience in leading service technicians or in the technical management of service projects
Sound knowledge of modern sanitary, installation and system technology
Experience in calculation, quotation preparation, deployment planning and order processing
Good knowledge of relevant SVGW guidelines and Swiss building technology standards
Very good user skills in Microsoft 365 and ideally an ERP/service management system
