Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Heating with a focus on renovations and heat pump replacement. You will take on the technical and commercial responsibility for small to medium-sized projects and accompany them from planning and calculation through to execution, commissioning and billing. The focus is on modern heating systems, the replacement of existing heat generators and energy-efficient heat pump solutions in existing buildings. You will coordinate installation personnel, materials, suppliers and other project participants and ensure professional implementation.
Responsibilities:
Independent planning, organisation and management of heating projects with a focus on renovations and heat pump replacement
Technical design and planning of heat pump systems, heat generation, heat distribution and hydraulic systems
Survey of existing heating systems on site and development of suitable renovation and replacement concepts
Preparation and processing of offers, calculations, change orders, measurements and final accounts
Responsibility for compliance with project costs, deadlines, quality and safety regulations
Technical leadership as well as deployment and resource planning of installation personnel on the managed construction sites
Coordination of material orders, suppliers and scheduling aligned with construction progress and installation schedule
Coordination of technical interfaces with clients, architects, specialist planners, electrical, sanitation and other trades
Supervision of installation as well as support for commissioning, functional checks, acceptance and handover
Management of construction journal, project documentation and pending lists as well as updating relevant project documents
Technical advice to clients on heating renovations, heat pumps and energy-efficient system solutions
Ensuring implementation in accordance with relevant SIA standards, SVGW/manufacturer specifications and energy requirements
Qualifications:
Completed basic building services training with EFZ in heating, for example as a heating installer EFZ or building services planner heating EFZ
Further training as technician HF building services, building services engineer FH or comparable qualification advantageous
Several years of professional experience in planning and execution of heating/HLKS projects, especially in the renovation sector
Sound expertise in heat pump technology, hydraulics, heat generation and heat distribution
Experience in project management, calculation, tendering, measurement and billing
Knowledge of relevant Swiss standards and building services regulations
Fluent German skills spoken and written
