HR Specialist
You will take on
- Personnel administration from entry to exit
- Direct support of employees and line managers
- Collaboration with HR area managers and other specialist departments
- Process-related clarifications with internal and external bodies
- Promotion of digitalisation in HR processes
You bring with you
- Completed training as an HR specialist or equivalent further training
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role - preferably in the healthcare sector
- IT affinity and good user knowledge of MS Office products as well as SAP HCM, Umantis and Polypoint PEP
- High service orientation and pronounced quality awareness
