System Engineer OT Thermal Energy Systems (all)

Your area of responsibility

• You take professional responsibility for our company-specific software and ensure that its operation and further development meet current requirements
• The management and ongoing maintenance of the IT and OT systems used are part of your daily routine, always focusing on quality, stability and efficiency
• You create and maintain technical documentation such as manuals, communication plans and documents in Confluence to keep knowledge structured and accessible
• You actively contribute to topics around cyber security in the OT area and support the implementation of effective measures to protect our systems
• As the first point of contact in operations, you provide competent support and ensure that problems are resolved quickly and sustainably
• You develop new IT and OT concepts from scratch, test them under real conditions, implement them practically and accompany the setup until successful commissioning

Your expertise

• Completed training in electronics, automation or computer science - or career changer with several years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Your several years of practical experience in operating ICT or automation systems have given you a broad understanding of networks as well as in-depth knowledge in the field of OT and automation
• With your technical and analytical thinking skills, you find structured and efficient solutions even in demanding situations
• You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility, are reliable and at the same time bring initiative and motivation to everyday work
• Very good German skills and good English skills enable you to communicate clearly with colleagues, partners and stakeholders
