Sales Back Office & Front Office Clerk (m/f/d, 80-100%)

Your interesting area of responsibility includes, among other things:

• First point of contact for customers by phone and in the office
• Competent, service-oriented customer care and advice
• Telephone and written order processing, from quotations to invoicing and deadline monitoring
• Administrative and organisational support of sales as well as other departments such as accounting

For this position, you bring the following profile:

• Completed apprenticeship in business administration or retail, several years of experience in sales back office, sales, customer service or in a commercial "all-round position"
• Strong customer orientation, sales flair as well as team-oriented work with high personal responsibility
• Very good German skills and good English skills, French is an advantage
• Confident handling of ERP systems as well as very good MS Office skills
• Structured, reliable way of working
