A challenging position in the field of Manufacturing IT and MES offers the opportunity to actively shape modern production systems. We are looking for an experienced specialist with solid PAS-X knowledge who takes on both strategic architecture topics and operational tasks around a GMP-regulated production environment.
The focus is on the further development of digital production processes, the integration of various IT and OT systems, as well as the technical support of plant projects. You will have an interface function between production, IT, automation, quality and engineering.
Responsibilities:
Technical support and further development of a globally deployed manufacturing execution solution based on Körber PAS-X
Participation in the design of modern MES and IT/OT architectures in the context of Smart Factory and Pharma 4.0
Technical support of new plants from the project phase through commissioning and qualification to productive use
Implementation of EBR, material management, weighing/dosing and workflow requirements as well as development of master batch record concepts
Ensuring reliable 24/7 operation including fault management, disaster recovery and continuous system optimisation
Support in standardisation, template strategies, validation, audits and the global introduction of MES solutions
Qualifications:
Technical university degree in computer science, automation, information technology, pharmaceutical technology or a comparable field
Several years of experience with Körber PAS-X MES in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Proven project experience with new production sites, site expansions or large transformation programmes
Very good understanding of pharmaceutical production processes, qualification, plant readiness and GMP requirements
Knowledge of CSV/CSA, GAMP5, Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity as well as relevant integration and infrastructure technologies
Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking and solution-oriented communication; fluent English and good German skills
