We are currently looking for a Waterproofing Team Leader / Experienced Waterproofing Specialist M/F for one of our clients based in the canton of Geneva.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces to be waterproofed (cleaning, repair, etc.).
• Apply waterproof membranes (bituminous, PVC, EPDM, etc.).
• Ensure thermal and acoustic insulation of structures.
• Carry out welding and bonding work to guarantee waterproofing.
• Perform finishing and quality checks on completed work.
• Manage work and execution on site.
• Comply with safety standards and current regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a waterproofing specialist, ideally in Switzerland.
• Mastery of waterproofing techniques (bitumen, PVC, EPDM, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans.
• Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors.
• Experience or interest in team and site management is an asset.
• Valid driving licence (an asset).
• Autonomy, rigour, and attention to detail.
