Responsibilities:
- Client and server management and 2nd/3rd level support in cloud enterprise environments
- Installation and administration of various client and server systems as well as related IT infrastructure topics
- Needs analysis and development of solution proposals for hardware and software areas
- Support for internal 1st level IT support
- Ensuring sustainable service stability
- Maintaining system documentation
Qualifications:
- IT specialist with a higher vocational diploma or comparable education
- Several years of practical experience in the infrastructural administration of Windows systems
- Solid practical experience in the installation, configuration, and administration of Citrix VDI client systems
- Familiarity with Active Directory and security technologies
- Further training in cloud / Azure environment and/or Microsoft Windows client (8 / 10)
- Operational know-how in the network area with Cisco and NetApp products is an advantage
- Fluent German and good English skills
