Nursing Specialist: Premium Nursing Specialist - Focus Surgery

The Anna-Seiler-Haus is one of the most modern and attractive hospital buildings in Switzerland, offering an innovative working environment at a university level. On the top floor is the Insel Premium department, where semi-private and privately insured patients are cared for. Become part of our interdisciplinary team in highly specialised surgery. You will care for patients from various surgical specialties, including orthopaedics, visceral, hand, plastic, neuro, ear-nose-throat, and maxillofacial surgery. Additionally, you will support patients from selected medical specialties such as gastroenterology, hepatology, and neurology. Look forward to a varied and demanding working environment with the highest quality standards, where interprofessional collaboration and patient-centred care are paramount.

What to expect

• Work in direct nursing and ensure high-quality care on an interdisciplinary platform
• Analyse complex patient situations and support and advise team members on nursing matters
• Ensure nursing quality in an interdisciplinary department in collaboration with nursing specialists

What you bring

• Diploma in nursing, supplemented by a nursing-specific qualification CAS, DAS
• At least one year of professional experience, preferably in an acute hospital
• High social competence and good communication skills
• Strong motivation to take on responsibility
