Facility Manager (m/f)

You will be responsible for the technical and operational management of buildings, their safety and proper functioning, notably ensuring the monitoring of installations, contractors and regulatory obligations.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure the daily management and proper functioning of buildings and technical installations.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate external companies and contractors.
• Ensure the monitoring of controls, inspections and technical interventions.
• Ensure compliance with standards and requirements regarding fire safety, notably AEAI requirements.
• Monitor safety equipment and organise periodic inspections.
• Participate in emergency management and update procedures.
• Ensure the follow-up of maintenance contracts, budgets and operating costs.
• Collaborate with authorities, suppliers and various technical partners.
• Keep technical and regulatory building documentation up to date.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of safety, quality and energy efficiency of installations.

Your profile

• Technical training or in the field of Facility Management, building operations or equivalent.
• Valid AEAI certification in fire protection.
• Proven experience in a Facility Manager, technical manager or similar role.
• Good knowledge of building technical installations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Swiss fire safety regulations.
• Organisational skills, autonomy and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ease in coordinating contractors and external stakeholders.
• Fluent French.
• Driving licence preferred.
