You competently handle 1st level support requests and continuously optimise service metrics
As a superuser, you review new requirements for pragmatic implementation in the Digital Workplace & M365 environment
With Lunch & Learns, you inspire employees about M365, SharePoint Online & Future Workplace
Together with the Field Service, you ensure the connection to 2nd level support and identify optimisation potentials
In doing so, you continuously develop team processes, services, and your own know-how
Qualifications:
You have an IT education as well as further training in the M365 environment
Several years of experience in IT support and sound knowledge in the M365 & Digital Workplace area distinguish you
You are familiar with the interplay of Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot & Power Automate, ideally you also know ITSM suites
With empathy and communication skills, you explain complex technical topics clearly, fluent written and spoken German
