Employee Order Processing & Export 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000For an established company in the chemical industry, we are looking for a committed individual. The company offers innovative products and solutions for surface treatment and industrial processing and stands for quality, reliability, and continuous development. A dynamic environment and varied tasks characterise the employer.
Responsibilities:
Coordination and monitoring of customer orders and requests until timely execution
Support of international customers with telephone and written enquiries
Support of the field service as well as taking on various organisational tasks for management
Creation, processing, and consistent follow-up of offers and samples
Independent coordination of administrative export processing
Maintenance of customer, order, and product data in the ERP system
Ensuring efficient information flow between customers, sales, and internal departments
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship with professional experience in internal sales, order processing, or export
Experience in international customer support and solid export knowledge
Good user knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
Confident handling of ERP systems
Strong organisational skills, sense of responsibility, and an independent working style
Open, communicative, and service-oriented personality
Very good German skills as well as good English skills; French skills are an advantage
