Civil Engineering Planner (m/f/d)

Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager: Civil Engineering & Construction Management for the technical and economic handling of demanding construction projects. You will develop civil engineering, drainage and sewerage concepts, coordinate approval procedures and be responsible for the phase-appropriate determination of construction costs. Another focus is on tendering, awarding and procurement of planner and contractor services in specialised civil engineering, civil engineering, structural engineering and landscaping. Together with the project team, you will manage planning processes, schedules and technical interfaces up to execution readiness.
Responsibilities:
Development and elaboration of civil engineering, development, drainage and sewerage concepts
Planning and coordination of utility lines, sewers, terrain and landscaping works
Technical handling of interfaces between civil engineering, specialised civil engineering, structural engineering and landscaping
Coordination of approval procedures and liaison with municipalities, authorities and other agencies
Preparation and plausibility checks of phase-appropriate master builder and civil engineering cost calculations
Conducting quantity surveys, cost estimates and cost controls
Preparation of tender and submission documents for planner, contractor and subcontractor services
Conducting offer comparisons, award recommendations and award negotiations
Procurement and coordination of services in the areas of specialised civil engineering, civil engineering, structural engineering and landscaping
Management and monitoring of planning processes, milestones and plan delivery deadlines
Coordination of involved specialist planners, specialists and executing companies
Support of the project team in technical and economic optimisations as well as in the evaluation of execution variants
Qualifications:
Technical training as draftsperson EFZ civil engineering, construction foreman, master builder, civil engineering technician HF or civil engineer FH/ETH
Several years of professional experience in civil engineering, concrete or specialised civil engineering
Sound knowledge in cost calculation, tendering, submission and awarding
Experience with drainage, sewerage and structural development
Good user knowledge of Messerli and Microsoft 365
Technical and economic understanding of planning and realisation processes
German language skills at least level C1 spoken and written
