Do you want to actively shape the collaboration with airlines and are well versed in airport operations? In this versatile role, you are the central contact person for the Airline Station Managers and the Airline Operators Committee at Zurich Airport.

Your job destination

• You support the Airline Station Managers as well as the AOC in operational matters and are their central contact person at Zurich Airport
• You coordinate concerns and ensure reliable information exchange between airlines, service providers and internal departments
• You represent the interests of Zurich Airport towards airlines and partners and continuously develop the collaboration
• When new airlines start up, you take on coordination and accompany the parties involved during the introduction
• You carefully prepare meetings and events, organise their execution and ensure follow-up
• Versatile staff tasks for Passenger Operations, such as assisting with communication measures, projects and events, complement your area of responsibility
• You lead and promote the staff members assigned to you according to the principles and values of our company

Your skills in your luggage

• Several years of experience dealing with the operational processes of airlines and ground handlers
• Very good knowledge of airport operations and aviation
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Networked, forward-looking and entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and enjoyment in contact with different stakeholders
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
