ERP Dynamics 365 Business Central Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you will apply your experience as a software developer specifically in the ERP environment with Dynamics 365 Business Central. You analyse existing processes and develop customised extensions and adaptations to enable users to work efficiently. You programme clean, maintainable solutions and ensure that new functions run stably and reliably. You accompany the implementation of technical concepts through to productive deployment and ensure continuous optimisation of existing applications. As a professional, you contribute your expertise to realise high-quality software solutions in the ERP context.
Responsibilities:
- You support project managers in the design of D365 BC solutions
- In this role, you carry out effort estimations for additional developments
- As a software developer ERP Dynamics 365 Business Central, you implement customer extensions and adaptations based on D365 BC
- You develop interfaces to external applications, for example via REST API
- In this role, you take on data migration from earlier Dynamics NAV versions
- As a software developer ERP Dynamics 365 Business Central, you further develop the redPoint apps and the industry solution based on D365 BC
Qualifications:
- You have a degree in business informatics or software development or a comparable education
- You have experience in development for Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 BC with AL, C/AL and Visual Studio Code
- You are familiar with handling interfaces such as XML and JSON, especially with REST API web services; knowledge of JavaScript is an advantage
- You bring business understanding and are interested in ERP processes
- You are open to modern cloud technologies such as Azure and O365
- You have good German and English skills
