We are looking for a Specialist in Engineering Geology and Geotechnics as Project Manager 80-100% (m/f/d) for our Geology department in Zurich.

Your area of responsibility

• Leading and handling projects in the fields of engineering geology and geotechnics in urban areas: from conception through to the execution of investigations with reporting to technical construction supervision

• The projects in the urban environment offer diverse issues in the areas of soil, excavation support, foundations, water management, installations in groundwater, infiltration, contaminated excavation, geothermal uses and possibly also natural hazards

• If suitable and interested: familiarisation with other specialist areas or management tasks

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your studies as a geologist, earth scientist or geotechnician

• Conceptual, solution-oriented thinking and report writing are among your strengths

• You enjoy developing economical solutions and implementing them. Assessments and decisions for operational solution implementation on site come easily to you

• At least 3 years of professional experience in such a position

• You can express yourself fluently in German, both orally and in writing

• You enjoy working with clients and contractors as well as in an interdisciplinary team
