Your main responsibilities:
- Meet our clients' expectations both technically and by maintaining a quality client relationship, effectively contributing to their satisfaction
- After a training and introduction period, you will be responsible for commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of installations within the geographical area
- Your professionalism and rigour will enable you to carry out your activities with the utmost respect for contractual commitments and rules relating to the safety of property and persons
- As an ambassador of our company’s image, you advise your clients, including on remediation matters
- You also support your colleagues in external sales in the context of selling installations
- You also periodically ensure on-call service


What we are looking for:
- Committed to service quality and possessing excellent client relations, you hold a professional qualification (with a Federal VET Diploma) preferably in the field of electricity or another technical trade; a combustion controller training (ARPEA) or federal certificate is an advantage
- Your team spirit, commitment, and taste for challenge are assets that will enable you to succeed in your role and progress within our company
