YOUR TASKS

• Central point of contact for enquiries regarding partner physician fees as well as clarification of outstanding or to-be-checked fee payments
• Review of submitted documents and ensuring uniform and complete processing of partner physician enquiries
• Controlling and monitoring of relevant processes and cases in DPS and SAP
• Identifying process deviations and preparing evaluations and decision-making bases for process optimisation
• Close cooperation with clinics, partner physicians and the internal departments of the Shared Service Centre

YOUR PROFILE

• Commercial training, ideally supplemented by further education in healthcare or tariff systems
• Several years of professional experience in tariff systems as well as in fee verification and invoicing of outpatient and inpatient services
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and experience in complex hospital or clinic structures
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office and SAP, knowledge of M-KIS is an advantage
• Analytical and networked thinking, high communication and cooperation skills as well as precise and responsible working style
