Role:
The company is a regionally anchored service provider in the field of energy and supply infrastructure and ensures the reliable supply of electricity and water.
The working environment is versatile and ranges from technology, network operation, and engineering to customer projects as well as finance, IT, and administration. Employees work on topics such as supply security, network construction, renewable energies, photovoltaics, electromobility, and digitalisation and are in contact with various internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the entire accounts payable and ensure correct and timely processing of payments.
Preparing the value-added tax returns in compliance with applicable regulations is part of your duties.
In the area of personnel administration, payroll processing, and social security, you support the team with various administrative and specialist tasks.
In addition to other tasks in accounting, you contribute to projects and process optimisations in finance and HR.
During absences, you take on the deputy role in financial accounting and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education and further training as an accounting clerk.
You bring several years of professional experience in accounting as well as practical knowledge in personnel administration and payroll accounting.
You are proficient in MS Office and have a good IT affinity.
An independent, careful, and reliable way of working characterises you.
You enjoy working across departments, actively support process improvements, and keep an overview even with diverse tasks; fluent written and spoken German.
