To strengthen our team engaged in managing internal technical projects as well as planning the commissioning and acceptance of the technical infrastructure for the new hospital building project, we are looking for our Technical Department for a person to start immediately or by arrangement:
Technical Project Manager 80–100 %
- Support in the area of building technical installations within the framework of the new hospital construction project
- Management of technical projects on the Beaumont site as well as on external sites
- Planning, coordination and execution of technical feasibility studies in collaboration with external specialists
- Preparation of specifications and technical requirements, as well as monitoring project objectives taking into account applicable standards and regulatory requirements
- Needs analysis in collaboration with various specialised departments and user groups
- Support for installation, acceptance, training (needs analysis and organisation) and transfer of the building's technical installations to operations
- Steering, coordination, management and monitoring of suppliers, specialised planners as well as internal and external service providers
- Completed higher education (ES/HES/University/ETH) in electrical engineering, automation, building technology HVAC or equivalent qualification, ideally complemented by a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical profession as basic training
- Several years of professional experience as a technical project manager and in leading project teams, ideally in the hospital sector
- Knowledge of the application of relevant standards and regulations
- Very good command of MS Office and project management tools (e.g. MS Project)
- Very good knowledge of German (level C1 or native language) as well as French, both spoken and written; technical knowledge of English
- Experience in personnel management is an advantage
- A structured and goal-oriented working method
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- A strong sense of responsibility and great autonomy
- A keen interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and tasks
- Active participation in a major strategic project: the construction of the new building of the Bienne Hospital Centre
