YOUR TASKS

• You welcome our patients and ensure a professional and warm first impression
• You coordinate patient flows, phone calls, and information between patients, nursing staff, physicians, and other departments
• You ensure that patient data, reports, and administrative processes are handled completely, correctly, and on time
• You keep an eye on organisational processes and contribute to efficient management of emergency operations
• You support the interdisciplinary team with your organisational talent, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes

YOUR PROFILE

• Training in healthcare (e.g. nursing, MPA, emergency services or comparable) with experience in acute care
• Strong service and patient orientation and an independent, structured way of working
• High flexibility as well as calmness and overview in a dynamic environment
• Confident use of digital tools and administrative processes
• Enjoyment of a two-shift operation from Monday to Sunday
