CRM systems are today a central component of successful digital business models. We are looking for a committed professional who develops innovative customer solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365, automates processes and supports companies on their path to digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for consulting and further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
Gathering, analysing and prioritising business requirements together with departments
Developing modern CRM concepts focusing on efficiency, automation and user-friendliness
Configuring Dynamics 365 modules and implementing individual extensions
Designing automated processes with Microsoft Power Platform technologies
Supporting customer projects from requirements analysis to go-live
Assisting with data migrations, system integration and optimisation of existing CRM environments
Moderating workshops and presenting technical solution approaches
Advising on best practices, governance and sustainable CRM strategy
Collaborating with developers, architects and project teams in modern digitalisation projects
Qualifications:
Education in computer science, business informatics or comparable experience
Professional experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment
Knowledge in Customer Engagement, Sales, Customer Service or related Dynamics modules
Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse and process automation is an advantage
Understanding of cloud solutions, interfaces and modern software architectures
Customer-oriented personality with professional demeanour
Ability to analyse and implement complex requirements clearly
Independent, structured and quality-conscious working style
Interest in topics such as CRM transformation, low-code/no-code and intelligent business applications
