Electrical Project Manager for Industrial, Commercial and Administrative Building Projects

Job Description

• Independent handling of projects for industry, commerce and administrative buildings - from preliminary study through detailed planning to commissioning.
• Creation of circuit diagrams, installation plans as well as technical calculations, including dimensioning of switching and protective devices.
• Planning of schedules and resources, cost control, adherence to timelines and ensuring a smooth project process.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards such as the Low Voltage Installation Standard (NIN) as well as internal safety guidelines.
• Support of clients and principals, participation in construction meetings and competent assistance with technical issues.

We expect

• Apprenticeship as an electrical planner EFZ or electrical installer EF
• Further training, qualification as certified electrical installer, HF technician in electrical engineering, electrical project manager or an equivalent qualification.
• Analytical-conceptual thinking, leadership skills and resilience, very good CAD knowledge (e.g. AutoCAD)
