IT System Engineer Infrastructure (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is a leading competence centre for psychiatry and psychotherapy. The company offers comprehensive psychiatric care, ranging from early detection to outpatient and inpatient treatments and rehabilitation. In addition, our Rocken partner is committed to specialised psychiatric care as well as education and research.
Role:
In this role, you ensure a stable, secure, and future-oriented ICT infrastructure – from server, storage, and network platforms to cloud services and modern workplace solutions. You ensure the reliable operation of the systems, analyse and resolve complex faults, and contribute your technical expertise to the continuous development of the ICT landscape. You plan and implement technical solutions and projects, evaluate new technologies, and support the automation of processes. You are responsible for the operation, monitoring, and further development of Microsoft environments, virtualisation, backup, and recovery solutions, and participate in 2nd and 3rd level support. Furthermore, you collaborate with various departments and partners to ensure ICT security and efficient, high-performance systems.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the operation and further development of the ICT infrastructure and ensure its stability, performance, and security
Administration of Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, and Entra ID as well as virtualisation, backup, and recovery solutions is part of your duties
You resolve complex faults in 2nd and 3rd level support and support infrastructure projects and rollouts
Together with internal teams and external partners, you further develop ICT security strategies
Qualifications:
You have an IT education (EFZ, HF, FH) and several years of experience as an ICT System Engineer
You bring sound knowledge in Microsoft, virtualisation, server, network, and cloud
Experience with backup, monitoring, and security completes your profile
You have excellent written and spoken German and English
